01. Scope of Technological Solutions
Potsys Automation provides multidisciplined industrial engineering services encompassing 3D CAD mechanical design (DFM/DFA), PLC & HMI automation, industrial robotics, Keyence machine vision, electrical engineering under IEC standards, and traceability systems. Conceptual proposals are preliminary until formal Statement of Work (SOW) approval.
02. Intellectual Property and Engineering Assets
All technical drawings, electrical schematics (IEC 81346 / IEC 60617), PLC source routines, robot trajectories, and mechanical models developed for a specific customer become the client’s documented property upon full project settlement, as stipulated in individual contracts.
Proprietary core libraries, algorithms, and general engineering toolkits developed independently by Potsys Automation remain our intellectual property.
03. Quotes and Delivery Timelines
Formal technical quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Lead times for special machinery fabrication and commissioning depend on component supply chains (e.g., PLCs, servos, sensors) and will be confirmed in the final project schedule.
04. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Mexico. Any controversy shall be submitted to the competent courts of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico.
