Potsys Automation, with operating headquarters in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, is responsible for the collection, protection, and processing of technical and corporate data provided through this site, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

02. Industrial Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Scope

Because we operate directly in manufacturing, automation, and special machine design, all CAD models, 3D STEP files, electrical diagrams, cycle times, and operational challenges submitted by clients are treated as Strictly Confidential Proprietary Information.

• No engineering drawing is shared with third parties without written authorization.
• Technical inquiries are accessed only by assigned mechanical, electrical, and control engineers.

03. Data Collected and Purpose

The contact form requests: Contact Name, Corporate Plant/Company, Email Address, Technical Area, and Problem Description.

Purposes: 1) Evaluate the feasibility of special machines or automation projects; 2) Issue conceptual proposals and technical quotes; 3) Coordinate engineering visits to industrial plants.
