Technical Capabilities

01.

Industrial Automation

Machine control, sensor/actuator integration, automatic sequences, HMI, and pneumatics with brands like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Omron.

02.

Machine Design

3D CAD development (SolidWorks), workstation design, fixtures, poka-yokes, tooling, and mechanisms under DFM/DFA standards.

03.

Robotics

Integration of cobots and robots for pick & place, screwdriving, safe manipulation, and precision industrial dispensing (RTV/Sealants).

04.

Machine Vision

Specialists in Keyence technology. Inspection, presence/absence verification, defect detection, and quality validation.

05.

Electrical Engineering

Control panel design, electrical diagrams, component selection, and machine safety systems under IEC standards.

06.

Traceability & Data

DataMatrix code reading (ISO/IEC 15415), database registration, process data capture, and IIoT readiness.

Documented engineering is our greatest asset.

At Potsys, we believe a machine shouldn’t just arrive working; it must arrive with fully documented engineering, ready for long-term maintenance and scaling.

  • International Standardization

IEC 81346, IEC 60617, and ISO 1219 nomenclatures throughout all our engineering documentation.

  • Comprehensive Design (DFM/DFA)

We design for manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance. We do not design just "to make it work".

  • Agile Structure

Focus on engineering and project control. We coordinate a robust network of external suppliers for machining and mass fabrication.

Process Challenge

Elimination of manual assembly errors through Poka-Yoke verification and operator traceability on auto parts line.

Architecture

  • ▸ Siemens S7-1200 PLC
  • ▸ Festo pneumatic actuators
  • ▸ Bosch aluminum profile structure
  • ▸ KTP700 HMI for local control

Validation: Zero assembly defects (PPM = 0) documented in the first 6 months after deployment.

Reading & Traceability Station

Keyence DataMatrix SQL/FTP

Process Challenge

Multi-brand DataMatrix (DPM) reading on highly reflective metal parts for plant ERP registration.

Architecture

  • ▸ Keyence SR-X/SR-2000 Readers
  • ▸ Integrated dome lighting
  • ▸ Profinet to Industrial PC Gateway
  • ▸ Local scripting for FTP/SQL delivery

Validation: ISO/IEC 15415 read grade validated. 99.9% successful read rate in a 1.2-second cycle.

Automated Dispensing System

Robotics RTV Dispensing IEC 60204

Process Challenge

Application of RTV sealant with constant flow and volumetric bead verification to prevent leaks in aluminum housings.

Architecture

  • ▸ SCARA Robot or Cartesian Axes
  • ▸ Volumetric flow controller
  • ▸ Laser profile sensor for 3D inspection
  • ▸ Electrical integration under IEC 60204-1

Validation: Material consumption reduced by 22% and total elimination of rework due to incomplete sealing.

Control and Safety Retrofit

Allen-Bradley Safety ISO 13849 EPLAN

Process Challenge

Update of obsolete relay logic and lack of physical guards on a 100-ton stamping press.

Architecture

  • ▸ Allen-Bradley Compact GuardLogix Safety PLC
  • ▸ Safety light curtains
  • ▸ Zoned emergency stop modules
  • ▸ Engineering diagrams EPLAN Electric P8

Validation: Compliance with ISO 13849-1 (PL e). Reduced maintenance times and accurate on-screen diagnostics.
